Cold stone has better prices AND they don?t make you wait as 1 girl out of 3 (all in uniform) serves a family, while the other... two stand there pretending you don?t exist. We waited awkwardly for the family to be done since it seemed like nobody wanted tohelp us and just chose to chat with one another. Also I don?t expect someone to pretend to be happy as they serve you, but Iwould expect to not get attitude for just being there from that short girl. Slinging ice cream isn?t hard, so why could NONE of these 3 girls do it vs giggling around the corner in the back? Definitely... won?t be returning, I?d rather have cold stones service. Great ice cream but not very welcoming or inviting to have to eat your ice cream on a wood bench outside in the sun. Where are... the tables? Do you purposely not want people to sit inside and enjoy their ice cream!? Read more
Love their different flavors of ice cream. It's very tasty and yummy. Also tried their Mocha flavoured cappuccino, trust me it... was so good. One of the best cappuccino I have ever had. The entire store was very neat and clean and well maintained. Norestrooms. Lovely staff and great service. Kid's love their wide variety of ice creams and fancy cake cones. I walked in the store and no one was to be seen. I waited for about 10 minutes until I called from within the store. The server... picked up the phone to come help, and about 3 minutes later another server came out to help. I think it is just funny that therewhere two people on staff and no one was to be seen or heard of until I called the store. Read more
