Was good. Have had better experiences here. Today the biscuits were overcooked but the food was good. I had biscuits and gravy... and it was still good but previously had eggs benedict crab cakes. Those are 5 stars. I wish I could rate a 4.7 overall asexperiences had overall been excellent. I won't knock them down over one meal though. :) Read more
The Tulip Benedict was AWESOME, the Grilled onions made it!! 2 male servers were down to earth and attentive... Food came out... fast and hot....Corn hush puppies were yummy, the yogurt dip didn't work for me personally...Granted it's Monday @10:30 notSunday. Usually go to Boston's, glad I tried this place. Our family favorite in the area. They know how to make us feel very special. They know how to make the best poached eggs as well... as everything else just the way we like it. The service has been very good with the servers helping each other to make surethat our visit is special. Also the prices have been very reasonable. It gets very crowded on the weekends. I was hesitantwriting a review because we really enjoy Hi Tulip but we will go during the week day. We aren't the only people that love thislittle gem. It does get crowded but it's so worth any wait.
