if I could rate 0 stars, I would. my friends and I stopped by this location to get some food for a road trip, and were refused... service because of the accessories my friend chose to wear. the entire lobby was locked, and no one answered the drive thru linedespite multiple times asking if anyone was there. the service was abhorrent, and it's understandable that no one visits thislocation given the manners of the staff and slow service from other reviews. I visited this location on 10-6-22 at about 8 pm, if I could rate it as -3 it would be appropriate. I'm from SW Florida and... have been going to BK since the 60s (I have always been a big fan of the Whopper). This is by far the dirtiest and mostdysfunctional fast-food restaurant I've ever had the displeasure to experience. There were 2 of us and we asked for 2 Whoppersfresh off the broiler, medium fries, and a coke (they said no problem, note: there were no other customers in the restaurant). We waited 8 minutes for the food and both burgers and orders of fries were cold, why did they make us wait? They gave us cupsfor the sodas and we were directed toward a self-service machine that was not working. Does the owner give a S%#T, NO! therestaurant was filthy as were the bathrooms and the exterior needs major attention. Reading other reviews, this appears to behow the owner and management run this location (must be lazy and have no concern for the customers). Please don't just write areview but send your concerns to BK headquarters. I'm sure they're aware of this location and the question is "why would theynot take action, after all this is making their brand look really BAD. I?ve been going to this BK once a year, for the past few years. Why only once a year? Because that?s how long it takes for me... to forget about how terrible this location is. Went through drive thru, ordered a Bacon King, no cheese. The person taking myorder even repeated the ?no cheese? back to me. Waited about 10 minutes for the order in front of me to complete, got my food,and due to past experiences, decided to check my burger. Of course it had cheese on it. I very politely handed it back. She verypolitely said they would remake it. She gave me my new burger and apologized. I returned back to work to eat my lunch, andnoticed that they had given me the same burger back, but with the cheese scraped off. I don?t ask for much, in fact, I wasasking for less than what I?m paying for. I don?t expect the most exceptional service from any fast food place, but I do expectto get what I ask and pay for. This is the WORST BK I have ever been to. There always seems to be an issue. This last time, we ordered online to pickup. After... about 15 min, we arrived only to find it closed ahead of schedule. The crew was inside, apparently in a meeting. We had drivinacross town for nothing...wasting $4 in gas and our time. I'm so sorry I ever put money on the BK card. It took several days toget a refund. Burger King Have it your way... If we have it in stock. I ordered a chicken sandwich combo, drove home and got 2 cheeseburgers.... I never even used the words cheese. How hard is it? Third time is not a charm! Finally have gotten smart after 3 visits and will not return to this establishment. I also notified... the corporate office of my concerns. Every time I frequent this restaurant, they are out of all kinds of items. The place isdirty as well. Today they only had small burgers and no straws. The young man at the window was nice but told me the majorityof freezers were out so they had to discard a lot of food. I asked him if the meat was safe and he assured me it was ok. However, after getting the ?small? burger, I was afraid to eat it. The lettuce was brown and tomatoes were mushy. I asked if amanager was there and was told ?no.? This place needs to step it up. This place operates at the pace of a sloth. The manager is a mid age very large man who didn?t even know how to tune the cash... register. He was rude. Then immediately pulled his cell phone out and walked into the lobby and started playing on his phone.Makes sense why the are slammed. The place was messy. I highly suggest no one going here.
