I waited for the store to reopen from lunch today. The ice cream served was melted completely. It was a shake. The girl managing... the new person was rushing when no one was there but me and she didn?t care. I shouldn?t have accepted and payed for it. Ishould have asked her to redo it. My boyfriend and I stopped in there. There was 1 employee working and she did a fantastic job with how busy it was.
These poor kids...the AC was not working at all to the point that the ice cream was melting on the stone...it was 2 younger kids... working, and they did a great job...just scrap situation for them to be put in! Read more

Very very disappointed. I went in craving a strawberry cheesecake milkshake; this is what I always get at a cold stone. This... location was so dim and uninviting first of all. The employee was very nice, but they don?t have the cups for milkshakes orsmoothies. What? So I asked for a scoop of ice cream with cheesecake bites, he said they?ve never had those. Skip this location. Lazy employees. Ice cream portions were so small they didn't go higher than the lip of the cup. I believe... she didn't want to put effort into scooping the hard ice cream. She also only folded the candies once then rolled in a ball toput in the cup. Not worth the $30 we spent. Better off going to Culver's Read more
Cold Stone is legit. It?s very tasty and fun to watch them make your creations! The ice cream cakes are unique- different main... flavor options, such as Oreo, and then cake layered inside. Very good. But let thaw a bit before cut and serve. Read more
Won't do samples anymore? Because of "covid"? Many are vaccinated and most are back to living our normal lives. The other... coldstones are doing samples again. I think the people who work here just don't want to do it. Read more
