I love Einstein Bagels. I do not love this location. They are not open the hours their website is listing. Knowing they have... limited hours, we went early on a Saturday morning. Come to find out, they are not open on weekends even though their websitesaid they were open till 1pm. Super disappointing. Read more

I have heard bad things of this location about not being open during posted hours so I?ve avoided it. Finally gave in &... thankfully they were open, but not only can I not order in the app, I can?t go in, so it?s drive thru only. Fine. I jut wantedmy bagels & iced coffee, but was getting charged for a cold brew, I politely emphasized an iced coffee not cold brew, (thedifference is price & caffeine amount). I was told by 2 workers that the cold brew is their iced coffee, but it?s not since it?slocated in 2 different places on the menu. I changed my order to hot coffee instead & as I handed my card over to pay, theManager asked if I wanted to cancel my order altogether. No, I?m paying, seems silly to ask that when I?m handing over payment.Then she gave me my 2 bagels with smear not in a bag, until I asked her for one. I?m relieved they were open, but even the mostbasic order turned into something complicated, it?s no wonder they have long lines, I?ll drive the extra 10 min out of my way tothe other location. It?s worth it for getting treated like a customer & knowing I can rely on them to do their job. Read more
4 times in a row I have come to this location and they were closed during their posted business hours, twice because they... changed hours before updating anywhere, once with a piece of paper on the drive-thru speaker stating their oven was down, andonce with a piece of paper that said they can't get anyone to work. Einstein bagels is one of my favorite places and I've eatenat them across the country, this location is the absolute worst that I've experienced. This location is apparently owned bysomeone who doesn't want to run a business, or has no idea how. Please consider pulling their franchise from them and giving itto someone else, I miss eating here. They are now open for a grand total of 30 posted hours a week, a shot in the dark on howmany hours they're actually open. Even if I could find no one to work I would still have my business open and running 80 to 100hours a week minimum, I would especially be open on the weekend where they would do most of their business, currently not openat all on the weekend.
