The food and service was first class! My wife and I are new to the club, and we thoroughly enjoyed the food, ambiance and staff.
Beautiful interior, attentive and friendly waitstaff and a mouthwatering menu. Meal is an entrée item and sides are a la cart... but family style portions. I loved the balsamic seared brussel sprouts eith goat cheese. Very satisfying meal, best I'd had thewhole week. Read more
The Fay Club is an absolute Gem in Fitchburg. This is a private-members only club operating since 1910 that was originally the... home of George Fay and his daughter Lucy. After her father passed she gave the building to her father's club. The Fay club todaylargely operates as a restaurant and event space, fantastic high-end meals served by attentive staff, and a great bar for afterwork drinks or meals. The many events are always a good time...and the food is always great! Extraordinary culinary, dining, architectural, cultural, historical and social experience, combjned. This place is one of a... kind. It is very special. I mean, I could go into detail on the entress, appetizers and deserts, but, I'll sum it up by sayingthat this is fine dining on the level of the finest in Boston, perhaps, at a Michelin level, and it's right here in NorthCentral Mass.
