My wife and I received extremely rotten chicken. Has quickly and steadily gotten worse and worse.

Very rude employees and management that doesn't care. Posted hour said they were open till 9, online it said 8, I got there at... 7:30 and the door was locked. There was a woman cleaning. I knocked on the door and she shook her head no. I pointed to the signand she just turned her head. Complained to Subway corporate and got no response. This is my home subway. The owners have come to recognize me as a regular and I love to see them. Dont forget that you can... always ask for extra veggies at no cost. I dont normally have to ask for more but I know I can if i need it. I just ordereddelivery for the first time from subway and my flatbread was perfect and plenty of toppings. If I could give them 0 stars I would... they have the worst customer service skills I have ever seen at a ?fast food?... restaurant. They are cheap and incredibly rude. Also, if you like your dressing on the side they claim they don?t have any ofthose cups so you can forget about that and if you have coupons forget that too.. apparently using a coupon to make anythingcheaper at that store they will find someway or somehow to rack the price up. Today I got the exact same sub as my husband andmy foot long sub was the same price as my husbands even with a coupon? Tell me that?s not rigged. Dont bother mobile ordering here. Apparently if you're not there to watch them make the sub, they dont put the right amount of... meat on it. The other half of the tuna was no different. Read more
Why is your point of sale system asking for me to give 15-25% tips for making my sandwich? Take that off. Especially after... jumping the prices of a standard 6" sub (cold cut)/drink/bag of chips to $10+.... Which, btw, had less than half the meat itused to. This is a joke.
