I haven't eaten at Subway in months. I recommend the roasted chicken. The toasted bread with cheese was great.

Visited store and was told that They wouldn?t take a BOGO foot long coupon I just got in the mail. Then while making my sandwich... the customer service was terrible. Everything was an ?up charge? and while asking for green peppers only two pepper were put onmy sandwich after asking for more I was met with unwelcoming glares and the employees talking under breathe to each other aboutme. Disappointed. First, I went into the subway to place an order, but was told I would have to order online to get online... discounts. I placed 2 separate orders online. I went back to the store at the time indicated on my order. No orders wereready for walkin. So I had to wait in a long line with other walk-in customers. It is a ridiculous challenge to order your foodand get it in a timely manner. I'm not sure I'll return the this location again for a long time! Read more

Curiously, they only only offer Italian, Wheat, and Herb & Cheese bread. No 9-Grain Honey Oat. Aside from that it's your... standard subway. Resteraunt was clean and everything seemed to be in order. Read more

Do not use this location for a large order. I paid for an order last week, $128, for some party trays for my son's birthday... party. Neal told me they deliver for orders over $100, so we gave delivery instructions and time for today. We called yesterdayagain to confirm the order and delivery time. Party began today, guests arrived, and no food. 10 minutes past the delivery timewe called the store and they told us they had the order as pick-up, and we needed to come get it. So we had to make room in ourvehicle and go pick up the food while our guests waited. This was so frustrating and defeated the entire purpose of us orderingfood for DELIVERY. Instead of relaxing and enjoying the party, we had to scramble and leave to go pick up our food. Furthermore,the order was missing cheese and when I called the owner after we got home to request some type of refund, she hung up onme. Very poor customer service and I would never order from them again for anything. Read more

It's on the main road in Fisher's, so the owner should have enough common sense to know to employ at least 5 people during the... rush times. The employees also need to step up how much bread they make. I worked at subway for 5 years and new to always haveat least 2 extra trays for the popular breads when lunch came around. They were running out in the middle of lunch, and becauseof the lack of staffing they couldn't make more since there was over 15 people in line. The owner and management really need tostep up their game and understand how a business works. Read more
