Food was ok. My single burger was thinner than my napkin! The French fries are so thin that they get cold instantly. I was still... hungry after a burger, fries, and a drink. Not a very good value. Read more
let me say, like a lot of people i started to hate what Steak N Shake had become. however, this location is THE BEST steak n... shake you have EVER had, period! i stopped going to Steak N Shake for a while due to the low quality of food they startedhaving. then i stopped here by coincidence and holy shi*! i promise this place is fantastic! the staff is awesome. always one oftwo people working the grill no matter what day or time i go in there and they are both superb. I dont know if this corporateowned or franchised, but freaking great job! Drive thru lady called the cops on me for eating the food I just bought from them in a shaded parking space. I obviously was... just eating so the 3 cops left. I went inside the store to address the manager about the situation. I told her I want thefirst names of whoever called the cops on a gold GMC Yukon. She would not give the name, or her name as a manger. I can notprovide in this review. But it was a female manager with two Hispanic drive they ladies. I had no reason for the cops to becalled on me and be harassed for eating food I bought at your establishment. I would like an explanation, and I would a writtenapology from the Lady who called the cops. Ohmygoodness! This is the best SnS I've ever been to. The level of cleanliness was top tier. They have the kiosks to order and... the self serve drinks now. They didn't have that pre covid. Everything was done in a timely manner. And look at this food! Thatis commercial ready. Everything was 10/10 perfect!!!! You can tell the people who work there care and have work ethic which isso rare these days. Good job y'all!!! Read more
