6/13/2021, 5:40pm, the Starbucks baristas already have an attitude prior to ordering. I ask for a double shot of espresso over... Ice in a grande cup & a quad espresso over Ice in a grande cup. Simple order. The barista goes ?we can?t do quad over ice, onlydouble.? OK. That?s fine. Next thing I know they give me two things with Milk in them. I asked them to remake it because that?snot what I ordered and the two baristas exchange disgusted looks as if I am wrong. Will not be coming back to this Starbucks.Get new baristas that are NICE and know what they are doing. This is unprofessional and uncalled for. Read more

Everytime we come here theres a women working and shes so rude for no reason at all its always she makes me nervous not to... mentionshe seems its a problemhow I order my drink its a pretty simple drink really but never get it right either then im stuckwith a drink I don't like I couldn't drink my coffee today it was so nasty and chuncks at the bottom and no one would doanything to help me I won't be coming back here do to this happening every single time I come here be nice and Do better!!! customer service was awful, girl by the name Gle rude to change my mind before paying
