Great staff, quick service. Food is always good for the price. Should have free chips and salsa though.
They were out of key ingredients but I can understand that happens sometimes... my issue was with the poor customer service -... the woman making our food did not greet us kindly at all, simply just said "what do you want?" and sloppily tossed ingredientshaphazardly into each item that was created (cup of queso and guac/burritos/burrito bowl). Her tone was very rude throughout theprocess and she was unprofessional with each person. The woman that checked us out however was very nice and I thanked hermultiple times for her help. Read more
How does this location stay in business? They close at 7pm on Fridays and Saturdays?? Most other restaurants in town are open... until 9pm or later on Friday and Saturday. We ended up going to Torchy's instead. Read more
GO TO ANOTHER QDOBA!! This place is absolutely disgusting. I understand that people can make a mess but every table was covered... with left over food and smeared sauce. The floor was also covered in food and some trash. Not the end of the world but notreally what you want to see when you walk into a place to eat. My food also came cold. I went up to the counter and asked if Itcould be heated or possibly be remade, Normally I just deal with food that comes like that but It was really cold. The employeesaid It couldn?t be reheated but ?if you really want we can remake It, I mean It was literally just made though so?? and rolledtheir eyes. I don?t think it?s really that out there that I would ask for warm food that I spent my money on. If you want a meter check of the worlds condition come to this place. Nothing but young people refusing to work. They're always... out of things hours before it's time to close. Sometimes you don't even know there open because the shut off everything andpretend they're close. The sign says they don't close til 10pm and I'll come in at 7:30pm just to be told there out ofeverything and refuse to cook anymore. It takes over 10 minutes just to be acknowledged because everyone work late shift onlyconcern is going home. You can tell that they DO NOT WANT TO BE THERE but these very same people wants to get paid. Corporateneeds to shut this place down since they don't want to be there anyway or fire everyone at night to bring in some people toactually do the job. I bet if corporate checks there night time numbers it'll speak for itself. I wish I could give thislocation negative stars. Do yourself a favor and don't come here.......side note once they get rid of everyone by saying there'sno food hours before they close they get on the phones and DO NOTHING instead of making food to serve potential customers.
