POOR EXPERIENCE at FISHERS, CROSSING DR LOCATION. Online order for curb curb side pick up. Pulled toward the door instead of... parking lot bc it was rainy and as the employee was making way to my car he stopped under the awning with the boxes in handsaying ?I don?t want to get wet, sorry (chuckled)?. Before I could do anything my wife got out in the pouring rain to take themfrom him. What is the point of curb side if your going to make the customer get out of his/her car? Always our go to pizza place. We have a particular order and this store always provides the best product. We like light sauce... and well done crust with lots of banana peppers. This is the store that brings the goods and serves it with a smile. I neverhave to worry if I'll get my order just the way I asked. All the associates appreciate the specificity of the order and Iunderstand it is often duplicated, lol. Read more
I ordered the Philly cheese steak with double meat. Pizza had very little meat and double ranch sauce which I didn't ordered.... Plus the dough was undercooked so much that it stuck to the cardboard box. Not a very good Pizza tonight. Read more
I called to place a delivery order a hour before closing. Pizza was marked delivered and never delivered. I then called the... location after waiting a hour and a half and they stated they did not get my order; which was false because I received aconfirmation email that the order was received. I drive to the location and a staff member sees me pull up and runs to the backwith the door locked. This place is beyond unprofessional especially at night. I called the following day spoke with the managerJordan and she was able to refund my pizza and get a new one out to me. I would not recommend this location unless this isprofessional staff during the day.. Read more
I was told they couldn?t deliver pizza for three hours because of a prom? They said they only had one driver. Not sure if you... have to order in advance but I?ve never heard of this before and I?ve been to Papa John?s customer for 20 years. Got a regular crust pepperoni pizza, the crust was thin, crispy, flavorless, and tasted on par with any gas station pizza.
