I?ve always liked this location but lately customer service has been very disappointing. I understand everyone is struggling... with labor and supply shortages but customers are still paying full price. I was the second person in line, there were twoassociates at the front desk but they were very flustered and at one point three associates were assisting one client. Finally,it was my turn. Initially I was handed an incomplete order, I had to point that out. I had ordered and paid for a family sizedsalad but was handed an individual salad. There were about 10 people behind me and I had been waiting for 15-20 minute alreadyso I just grabbed my order and left. I wrote to Marco?s on twitter, they sent me a link to fill out some form so they cancorrect the issue. I filled out the form knowing there will be no resolution because I have filled one of those in the past butno one followed up. So don?t get your hopes up if they send you a link to a feedback form. Called this store and they refused to deliver less than 7 miles from their store saying that I'm outside their delivery area but... said to call another store more than 13 miles. No way does that make any sense but yet this is what I was told. They arephysically the closest store to me. Read more

I can't tell you if the pizza was good because I didn't get any. I sent in an order for 7pm several hours ahead of time. When I... got to the location at 7pm, I had to wait twenty minutes just for someone to tell me that they weren't sure if they even startedmaking my pizza. At least they were able to refund me so I could go somewhere else. I value my time too much, so I won't goback. Read more

Received NO/poor service this evening. Drove to pick up my uber eats order well after the pickup time and they said they can't... find a tablet to see there pickup orders and didn't have any information on my order. I asked for the order to be made anddelivered as I needed to be home and they said no. They wanted me to come back or wait for the order to be made. I was onlyasking for you to fix your mistake in a reasonable way. Read more

Pizza is not better than a frozen pizza. The $8 dollar salad that supposedly feeds 2 was tiny...a very small plastic container... barely filled. Spent $45 for a pizza, bread sticks, and a salad....it all tasted like gas station food...definitely not worththe cost. Read more

Usually order from marcos on Pendleton pike, but it was like an hour wait. So i ordered from here and decided to drive up. My... initial thought was that i was ordering from the location in downtown fishers, but it turns out that location was closed. And myphone died in the process so I couldn't confirm the location. Finally confirmed the location, but by now my pizza had beensitting for 20 minutes. On the way we called and explained the situation and asked them to remake the pizzas which they obliged. Read more

We LOVE Marcos. They are our go to pizza place. But tonight may have cost them us as customers. We were given an hour wait time.... Its Friday so fine. We call an hour and 15 later and told our order was LOST and it would be an additional 30. Well my fianceheads up there after 30, he passed the delivery guy. We placed an order at 7:15 and did not get our pizza until 9:30. To make itbetter, the pizza was cold, we were missing the 2 liter or Sierra mist and only received one cheese sauce and ordered 3. Over 2hours for us (us including a 2 year old and 8 year old) to eat pizza on a Friday night. And nothing was even offered to make upfor all of this. I rarely judge a company based off of one bad experience but tonight was enough for us. Read more
