We're new to the area and Hotbox was one of the first meals we ordered after moving in. We were so impressed we keep ordering.... We get delivery, and order online, so we don't have any of the issues recent reviews have mentioned. We've gotten the samedriver multiple times (Rob) and he's super awesome. We love the thin crust. It's crispy, and seasoned well. We absolutely LOVEthe spicy pepperoni and how crispy it gets. The hot honey drizzle, is just *chefs kiss* The stix are salted, the cheese saucetaste very nacho-y, and honestly the prices are good for what we're getting. We always have our delivery within 30 mins. Ireally can't say enough good stuff about Hotbox. We love them! Read more
No wonder this place stays dead all the time.. I walk into the store see one slice of pizza for four dollars and kindly ask the... lady working there if they have some type of a meal like a lunch meal or some type of option. She literally said she never heardof a meal before and stated they just have pizza and it was very awkward and discouraging to go back I understand prices arehigh right now that?s not why I am putting one star I am putting one star because the worker was very nonchalant rude andconfused on a simple question I do not recommend going here they have a very nice pizza spot right across the street that is alot more well mannered with higher quality pizza Read more
Can't even order pizza its 1:45pm 3 customers in the store guy at the register is on the phone and not taking care of anyone. I... stood there for a good 10 minutes before I left and then tried to call the order in. Still currently waiting on hold I dontunderstand what the deal is .... Read more
Remade our pizza twice without telling us and had to wait a extra 30 mins and all we got was "sorry for the wait". When you have... a establishment ran by a bunch of kids that are more worried about everything else but the job they are to do that's what weshould of expected. Only if they had good pizza?. Now their breadsticks are 5 stars. Cheese is 5 stars. I could eat their breadsticks daily? We... sometimes will go to other pizza spots and come here for the sticks. Affordable pizza for sure. I don?t think it?s thefreshness, it?s the sauce? something about it is overwhelming. Just not very good. Salad is also good, fresh. Avoid door dash orders, and check your orders at this location. Ordered half cheese, half with toppings, received door dash of... full pizza with toppings, called in to see if another pizza could be sent and was told it would be free, but had to pay forDeliver, that was fine with me. I even added another $5 tip, because I do like this pizza, but then manager called me back andsaid I couldn't get the order fixed by having another pizza come out, and had to work with Door Dash. Avoid this location, orcheck your orders, and avoid door dash as the manager won't make right the wrongs of sending out a wrong order. Read more
Update: Prices increased $4.48 for the Duo since I last purchased it. I suppose the pandemic must be hitting them pretty hard,... but that seems unlikely since most folks order pizza for home delivery. Hasn't been consistent lately. Ordered 2 large pizzasand one was just under 12". Uploaded a photo to demonstrate the size difference. I order pretty regularly and some weeks theyput enough toppings, other times it's not as much. Everytime we try to give them another chance we have to wait on the phone just to order. Delivery always takes forever and even... carryout takes longer than they tell you it will. Breadsticks are awesome most of the time, but pizza is always so-so. I canorder better pizza from Doordash and get it sooner! Prefer it to Domino's and other similar pizza places, but those places havemuch better service! Read more
