One of the GEM in city, I love this home made ice creams. The 4 sampler is the best concept here, I wish other stores adapt this... concept as well. My all time favourite is coconut pie, all the flavours are very good?? I like to eat different flavours everytime I visit here. flavour of the month concept is crazy as well. Edit: Messing up is something that happens unfortunately, but when owners care enough to make things right, that will always... stand out more to me than what went wrong. I?ll be back. A normally consistent and delightful experience has been consistentlygetting worse. This time around, the girl who made my order made the wrong size the first time and then ?corrected it? by justputting the same small portion into a medium cup. It also took much longer than others waiting in line for multiple items. Thefamily of 5 next to me all had their order before I got my first incorrect one. This isn?t the first time that things have beenmessed up here and I will likely just end up back at Dairy Queen since they are actually consistent even if their quality isbarely half as good. It?s hard to justify spending almost 7 dollars on a hurricane when the cup is only 75% full and almost notoppings blended in. Incredibly disappointed since this lower quality is becoming more common at this location. Read more
I went to Handel's with my wife and kids to top off our outside activities for the day. Best. Decision. Ever. We are from out... of state and have our own usual favorite places for a local treat, but our experience at Handel's this may be a contender forreplacing our #1. The ice cream was absolutely delicious, and the quality of the ingredients was top notch. My wife especiallyloved the chocolate raspberry truffle ice cream on a waffle cone ????. My only regret is that we were too busy juggling thekids and enjoying the experience of devouring our ice cream to take any photos to share. ???? Easily the best ice cream shop in all of Indiana, no contest. I?ve tried a wide variety of their flavors, and not once has a... flavor ceased to amaze me! The line can get pretty long, but all of the times I?ve been, we?ve got our ice cream in around 15minutes or less. This place is top of the line delicious. I?d give 10 stars if I could. Read more
