The cashier rang us up for a drink instead of a fry and when we received our food bag, we realized on the receipt what had... happened. We went up to the register to advise them that we wanted a small fry and not a small drink, well the cashier triedtelling us that they wouldn't give us the fry because we had already used the cup, we did not it was our friends on anotherorder, which we expressed to them. They then said we had to give them $1 for the fry when the cashier made a mistake and insteadof just admitting she made a mistake she decides to get an attitude with us and starts yelling about our friends cup being used.What kind of people do you have working here that can't admit they misheard the customer. Its an understandable mistake and thefact that she acted that way towards customers!?!? Might want to rethink ever visiting this five guys...... Read more

Tried to order online twice with no success. Submitted my payment just to be returned back to the cart. I finally called it in.... Ordered a plain bacon cheese dog and added onions. I got 2 mini chopped onion pieces lol. Bun was split and bacon was crumbled.Would have been much easier to eat if the bun had stayed intact. Maybe my expectations are too high?? Read more

It is unfortunate that after many years of not having 5 guys, the time my family and i decided to go eat there and we were meet... with burned bacon, cold buns and the management decision on not making my burger the way i used to order it(cajun burger)whichis odd because they used to make the food the way the costumer ordered but, over all it was speedy service and good attitudes,would i go back to 5 guys? i doubt it but, never say never, maybe after months of forgetting the incident maybe.
