Absolutely the best Dominos. Glad and grateful that delivery has returned. Everything I have ordered from this location has been... the very best in quality, taste and consistency. Does Payton still work there? Because quality of food has gone down since Ioriginally left this review. And normally he would be the only one I ever saw in there. Domino's is usually pretty good but this location doesn't have the same standard of quality as some others we have had.
The pasta serving size and sandwich contents have gotten much smaller. They need to post serving size of the items. The pizzas... are best on the menu. Read more
UPDATE: I decided to try and trust them again. They failed, again? I placed my order online. The pizza tracker moved to prep and... said Selena was making my order. I checked back again in 5 minutes and my order was canceled by the staff. I called the store toask why is was canceled. The staff member said that they stopped taking orders at 11pm even though they are open until Midnight.Are you serious?! You stop taking orders an hour before you close? She said her name was Chelsea. I asked what they do at thestore if its open and they aren?t making food, and she said they were cleaning. This location is just awful. Terriblemanagement. Terrible ownership. Ridiculously awful no good business. Save yourself the headache and never ever EVER order foodfrom this Dominos. Prior Review: Rarely gets my order right, and they take forever to pick up the phone. I do not recommendthis Domino?s location at all unless you want to take a gamble with your dinner. Read more
If you are someone who truly enjoys bad service, this is a place for you. There are over 15 different pizza restaurants in a 2... mile radius from this location, so standing out with customer service is something that differentiates restaurants. Arbitrarilycancelling online orders 5 minutes before they're due to be delivered, then screaming "WE AREN'T TAKING ORDERS" and hanging upon a customer, is definitely a way to set the bar lower for all the other competitors. Sadly, that is exactly the experience wehad. Domino's corporate customer service decided to blame my experience on the fact this location is "locally owned andoperated" -- which is a way to blame the customer for the company's bad behavior. This encounter has permanently lost acustomer before I even get to the product. # I would highly recommend that this place be avoided. 100ft away in both directionsare 3 other pizza houses. Within 1000ft are a total of 5 other options that will service you better (and that's not counting thegrocery store across the street that has many options too). Vote with your dollars elsewhere, don't allow this bad service tocontinue. Read more
Do not order from this dominos! I know I won't be ever again. For the second time in about a month my order is not coming. First... time I got a call 30 minutes or so later telling me delivery time would be 3 hours or I could cancel. My current order says itwas being checked for quality freshness at 6:06, it is now 7:46 (over an hour and a half). After waiting on hold for 45 minutesI gave up. Read more
