I don?t go to Culver?s often due to it being of the most expensive fast food joints out there. Sure that?s justified with the... service, quality of food, and location typically. 10/27/22 I came after work and had ordered two burgers, two 4 pieces, and 2cheese curds. I got home and found that I was missing part of my order. So brought the entire order back to the joint to get myordered food. I asked for the order to be remade because it was getting cold and the cashier questioned my request. The managerdid not though and understood where I was coming from. So about 40 minutes of driving to get something that was on the way homefrom work, 20 minutes waiting between the drive through and in the lobby. The only saving factor of this interaction was themanagement. My order was corrected in very few minutes (maybe in the lobby for 5 minutes after returning) and the managerapologized and told me to have a great night. That is HUGE in this industry. I applaud him taking it on the way he did. Sowhile I may not be reimbursed for my wasted time, I am thankful to most of your staff for being so kind. Read more
Went through the drive through and asked for a root beer with my order. Got my drink at the next window and took a sip and... realized it didn?t taste like root beer didn?t think anything of . it was Pepsi. I pull forward to wait for my food and a youngboy comes out and gives me the correct drink. Just thought it was awesome he corrected his mistake and had a laugh about it.Service is always great here! Normally really good. This experience was not as good. Burgers had less flavor. Drive through was causing confusion for... some people. Inside was nice. Very friendly and helpful staff but a cluttered design to the lobby area. Read more
Maddy provided us great service at the counter inside. I forgot my credit card and she was willing to wait a minute for me to... run and get it. This is why we come back. Great service for people like her. We live in the area and we are frequent customers. Read more
Stopped at Culver's on the way out of town. This place was BUSY. I mean drive thru cars blocking the entrance hoppin! But the... food was good as always and for dine-in they were FAST! This is a good spot for a quick stop and the server Hannah was a joy.Her smiles and interaction with all of the guests was nice to see. Read more
Highly disappointed to have received strawberries in my TURTLE sundae. I have ordered this plenty of times and have NEVER had... someone put strawberries in it, that?s disgusting. From the receipt you will see I did not add this item either. This isn?t thefirst time in the last year that I have had issues with their ice cream. I will definitely not be returning back to get icecream from Culver?s any time soon. Read more

Very disappointed in our last visit to this location. Was in a hurry from one kid event to the next, driving by and saw 2 cars... at the window to order, figured it could be a quick stop. We ordered and paid in a quick fashion. Pulled around to a parkinglot filled with cars waiting on their food to come out. Had to wait on a spot to pull in. We waited for 25 minutes on our foodafter ordering, just sitting in the parking lot. Finally lost my patience and went in asking for our food, low and behold,within 30 seconds then they handed it to me. If you want to order and pay quickly, this is a great location. If you want yourfood, look elsewhere! Read more
