I just want to mention that Kimberly and the lady with the short med. blonde hair and glasses were very pleasant go interact... with. Great choice of employees! It makes a difference having good customer service and a smile these days, because it is rareanymore. Read more

The wait staff seems to be short handed, like most restaurants, but they were very efficient. I was not disappointed. The food... was worth the wait. Don't get me wrong, the wait was not exorbitantly long, but a little longer then normal. I still had a goodexperience. Will go back. Read more

The only reason why it’s a 4 because the “cashier couldn’t and didn’t even acknowledge that we were standing there and... probably waited 7-10 minutes before anyone approached us. But the server provided EXCELLENT service and made up for it. Shehonestly might of been the manager or assistant manager, I think her name was “Bre” But she definitely made the experiencebetter! Food was good and hot! I will say the chip and trio was not all the good though- salsa was tomatoey and flavorless,guacamole had brown wilted cilantro. But the experience was still good! Read more

The single worst Bdubs experience for us. Each of the problems could have been overlooked on their own but the whole experience... was just a bid disappointment. No friendly hi how are you, no asking us if we want booth or table. The host said "How many" thengave us 2 of everything for 4 people, walked up to a table set it down and walked away. We never did get enough forks. The tablewasn't even clean. Ordered a strawberry lemonade for a toddler clearly holding a sippy cup and was brought a glass milk shakecup filled to the brim with ice and no way for us to pour it into said sippy cup. I had to use the straw to transfer the liquidfrom the glass to his cup. My wife ordered the $3 Miller lite special that we were charged $4 for. I ordered a whiskey and drpepper and was given the most expensive whiskey; so my tiny drink was charged as a $10 shot (i guess my 2oz of dr pepper wasfree). The server didn't give us straws for our drinks until we were ready to order 10+ minutes later. Our son waited 22 minutesfor his drink to be refilled (and that was after we started keeping track of the amount of time). When our food was brought overour oldest son had ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and was given a grilled sandwich. The server proceeded to argue with usabout our order. Then spent many more minutes reviewing the order he had written down wrong and then put in the correct order.He only apologized once for this mistake and that was when he handed us the receipt to fill in for his tip. For our youngest sonwe ordered a cheeseburger with ketchup only. It came with no ketchup and the table ketchup was empty. The food was perfectlydelicious and if I could have tipped the cooks I would have instead of the server. I am extremely mad I had to give so much ofour hard earned money to someone who didn't deserve anywhere near what they got! Read more

Terrible experience. Called in a large order, even repeated the order back twice. My daughter went to pick up our food. ... Brought it home and order was wrong. I will admit the receipt showed what we received, but not what we ordered. Called back inand the Manager was argumentative. If the gentleman answering the phone can’t take an order properly he should be usedelsewhere. And to top it all off, our food was cold. Done with that location. Read more

UPDATE: I upgraded the rating to a 4 after Customer Service contacted me and made things right! We went last night and had a... great server named Gavin! I've been waiting for about a week to post this hoping the manager would call me back like I was toldthey would. We ordered over the phone and the girl got the order right - even the food prep ticket on the bag was correct.However, one of the items was completely wrong and the other had the wrong sauce. It looked OK in the bag and the ticket wasright so I didn't open everything up until we got home. My wife could not eat hers at all. I called immediately and was told myreceipt would be pulled and given to the manager to call me. It's been almost a week now... Read more

I have been to this location several times. Today they were very short staffed and I understood that it would take a little... longer to get my lunch order. There were several people waiting and some people got their food before me. My issue was when Igot my food and was walking out. I was stopped and asked did I pay. Needless to say that I was the only person of color thereat the time. I guess they did have a concern with anyone else getting their food and leaving except for me.....I changed myrating as a result.
