Gross and dirty! Watched an employee (with gloves on) fully wipe their nose a couple times then continue making someone's... pizza. I didn?t realize they wouldn?t be baked for me so when I picked them up I was shocked! $30 for 2 pizzas I have to cook myself?!!... I order rising crust and got thin crust! I could have saved $20 and gotten frozen pizza from King Soopers! What a rip off!! Read more

The staff was very unprofessional and had major attitudes and poor hygiene touching cash registers and then touching my topping... with unwashed bare hands. I tried giving some customer feedback to "Chris" big tall guy" responds rudly telling me I did itwrong and no one else has problems removing toppings. They also took my pizza in the backroom for unknown reasons. The staff wastrying to make me feel bad for letting them know I was certain I removed the topping on my order and even showed evidence ofthis on my phone. Unbelievable, I'd recommend anywhere else to eat or atleast another Papa Murphys. Read more

The crew needs a real manager. Just a bunch of kids and half with an unkempt attitude. They have young guy who is very well... collected and is the reason I haven't bailed on this location. On top of that the female workers don't wear a hat or hairnetever and I now have had to double check for hairs since I got a long blonde one on my pizza right as I peeled it open to cook. Read more

Pizza was a good buy. My one concern, when I entered the store I was greeted by, "What do you need?" Maybe it's not a big deal... to have customers but it should be. I was told to go find my own order among the stack of pizza's. As I went through the stacksof pizza's to find my order the miserable staff member stood there and watched. Not once did she approach me to help or offerto help it was very weird that a customer would touch all the orders to find the right one. This doesn't seem to be very cleanand safe. A little bit of customer service will go a long way. Have a little pride in your store and your job. Read more

I like the pizza, and generally found this particular store to operate well enough. Well that was not the case on my most recent... visit. At the time of this review, Papa Murphy's has a $10 Tuesdays deal - large pizzas are $10 on Tuesdays. Cool, right? LastTuesday they were absolutely slammed. I've never seen it so busy - at least 20 people in the store when I arrived, and morecoming in the door continuously. That's not the store's fault. The problem is they were completely unprepared to handle therush. I ordered online for pickup, and still waited another 45 minutes for the pizzas to be made, and my 2 pizzas were made atentirely different times. Other customers had the same experience. It was disorganized and inefficient. The staff sure seemed tobe working hard and trying to get everything done. Just the same - this store, at least, would seem to be in need of additionaltraining for some of it's staff, or re-designing the work flow for peak rush times, or both. Read more
