My children and myself went in to get a cone on 7/30/22 . The two young women that were working let us stand in the lobby for a... good 5 to 7 minutes before ever any acknowledge . Not a hello just a moment, nothing.. then it was " ok now what do you need " .I'm not sure how there being trained but maybe some manners. Read more
We?ve been a few times. This store really needs a mature manager on staff. Prior visits were ok , but tonight we got the most... unprofessional immature male. He even called our orders boring. Talked in a high pitched voice when asking if I wanted myreceipt and was just very obnoxious. I was happy to have one a little closer but thinking I?ll start driving back to the one weused to go to. Me and my gf came here 40 min before closing time and she got her Sunday and I got a banana royal?. Which sometimes have bananas... in it, I looked at the Sunday before I drove off and I politely asked for the banana royal and gave it back, I was told 1 minand comes back with a new Sunday and was very rude. The new Sunday was made just as bad as the first one and We paid $20 for aSunday and a banana royal, it was very bad service and very not nice gentleman working there. We went yesterday at around 3 pm they have the rudest girl I've ever met working at this store. This is the 4th time this same... girl just had a attitude problem like us coming in was so inconvenient to her. Once about a week ago the same girl was rollingher eyes at the girl working with her like she was dumb and while we were in the store started talking to another employee abouthow she was going to fire someone because she didn't like her that she would continue to hire until she got rid of the ones shedoesn't like, right in front of us! I am shocked she is in charge of supervising anyone she is the one someone needs to get ridof!! Its just a bad vibe and It just ruins the whole experience! Hopefully our area opens another ice cream shop so we haveanother choice of place to go soon !! If the owners of this store reads these reviews you really need to look into finding afriendlier person to work in your store! All the other stores around there you walk in they greet you everyone knows each othernot this store other then this girl there is a new person working with her almost everytime well at least those girls arehelpful nice and friendly. Went in on Super Bowl Sunday to place a birthday cake order for next Saturday. The ladies that helped me were so nice and... helpful. Received a voicemail about 45 minutes later that the manager had told them they don't take cake orders until Wednesdayand I'd need to come back Wednesday to place my order. Very disappointing and I'll be taking my business somewhere else. Thanksto Mark, the owner, for seeing my post and making the effort to reach out to me and address my concern. Figured we would treat our 4 year old to her favorite ice cream the undersea creature but seriously the workers need better time... management skills and need to learn how to run a proper business. We came in on Friday September 2, 2022 pulled into the drivethru at 8:30pm and there was 2 cars in front of us I couldn?t believe that it took them seriously 15 min to attend each car infront of us. We didn?t pull out of the drive thru until 9:10pm and we only ordered 1 item. We have been here plenty of timesbefore and the service has been slow in the past but this was extremely slow. We won?t be back. I?ll rather give DQ my businessand we don?t even enjoy it as much as we enjoyed having Basked Robbins here in town. Read more
