The wait time was too long, was given my Ice cream one by one at a time by the time last one was handed to me the 1st was... melted. They usually never have the flavors I want, you should update your online menu! So I don?t drive to having to makeanother selection at speaker. Read more
My children and myself went in to get a cone on 7/30/22 . The two young women that were working let us stand in the lobby for a... good 5 to 7 minutes before ever any acknowledge . Not a hello just a moment, nothing.. then it was " ok now what do you need " .I'm not sure how there being trained but maybe some manners. Read more
We?ve been a few times. This store really needs a mature manager on staff. Prior visits were ok , but tonight we got the most... unprofessional immature male. He even called our orders boring. Talked in a high pitched voice when asking if I wanted myreceipt and was just very obnoxious. I was happy to have one a little closer but thinking I?ll start driving back to the one weused to go to. Figured we would treat our 4 year old to her favorite ice cream the undersea creature but seriously the workers need better time... management skills and need to learn how to run a proper business. We came in on Friday September 2, 2022 pulled into the drivethru at 8:30pm and there was 2 cars in front of us I couldn?t believe that it took them seriously 15 min to attend each car infront of us. We didn?t pull out of the drive thru until 9:10pm and we only ordered 1 item. We have been here plenty of timesbefore and the service has been slow in the past but this was extremely slow. We won?t be back. I?ll rather give DQ my businessand we don?t even enjoy it as much as we enjoyed having Basked Robbins here in town. Read more
