Never, never ever again will I spend another penny here. The order taker was extremely pleasant. The server was extremely... pleasant but the food was awful even to the drink. I requested a drink with ?no? ice instead I think they emptied the icemachine just for my drink. I really dislike ice in my drinks. The waffle fries were good until I found them propped with abunch of broken fries beneath and worse I was grossed out in spotting a nasty black hair midway through. The chicken coating isnot a flavor I care for but my family swears by it as the best fast food, not for me. This was an experience I wouldn?t wishfor anyone. Just too many things gone wrong. I never write bad reviews and this Chick Fil A has the absolute worst customer service of any fast food chain I have ever been... to. Frequently the wait time is 20+ minutes with staff waiting around. This time I asked a staff member 3 times where my orderwas and they never answered my question. On the 4th try, they finally said that they had ?found? my order and gotten started onit? At this point I had already paid 20 dollars and was waiting for 30 minutes. 30 minutes without food even starting or evenanswering my question. Good grief. Read more
Food was good, knocked a star for getting our order wrong and for still using styrofoam cups.
I don't understand the obsession with chick fil a BUT my husband is obsessed so we are here often. The sandwiches are OK but... the nuggets & chicken strips are always disappointing. The nuggets are always tiny so most recently I decides to go with the 3chicken strips. I received 2.5 pieces, I'm fairly certain the last one was actually supposed to be a nugget. Always tasty food. Have never had a bad experience at a Chick'Fil'A, this one is no exception. The lines are a bit long, but... they have friendly staff members outside taking orders to keep things moving, and the food is worth the wait. Be aware if youuse the app to order, when you click "I'm here", they start preparing your order, so expect a 10-15 minute wait after that. Very dirty dining area. We visited this location in the beginning of July with our three year old son and could not find a... single clean table. The floor was in desperate need of a thorough mopping as well. The bathroom seem to be cleanish. On theupside the staff was friendly and the food was good. Management needs to oversee facility cleanliness much better. I willrevisit this month and adjust my review accordingly. Read more
Guess chick-fil-a is joining every other fast food restaurant out there and skimping on quality and food now too. Used to be... well above average, but lately they?ve nearly doubled prices and cut portions. The last salad I got has tiny bits of chicken andhalf an egg. I know times are tough but when you charge someone $14 for a salad that you can?t even get a full freakin boiledegg on that?s just as good of a sign as any to stop eating out I guess. Won?t be back. Very consistent, Every single time I go through the drive through they forget something. I thought it was just if i ordered... online but no they can't get it straight in person either. It's a good thing Al's chicken just opened up I'll be going therefrom now on Read more
