Really horrible service! They don?t let you customize your sandwich or even add lettuce. Very rude and they don?t let toast your... sandwich if you want it toasted ?because it?s not supposed to be toasted?. They forced to us to put salt and pepper on asandwich because that?s how it?s supposed to be made?also heads up. Food good but Indian male employee was very rude as I guess I was too slow in deciding what sandwich to order. He needs to get... a job where he doesn?t interact with the public. Will eat at the subway in Beaver before going there again. Read more

While ordering our subs there was a very nice middle age white woman helping us and doing a great job when the Indian employee... was restocking the vegetables and the nice lady needed the cucumbers in her hands. She politely grabbed the cucumber containerout of the Indian hand and said thank you. The Indian gal told her never to do that again and was very rude to the nice woman.The Indian gal finished our subs and was so rude to us and didn?t listen to what we wanted on the sub and put what we didn?twant in the sun. Couldn't order online. Couldn't get a Subway card. Not accepting any coupons. No Italian dressing for my Italian sandwich. No... ice when I went to get my drink. No napkins when I went to eat my meal. When I went to pay for my meal my debit card wasdeclined. I have never paid over $15 for a Subway value meal! And then they wanted to know if I would like to add a tip!! Theworst subway experience I have ever had in 35 years I will not be going back to the Fillmore Utah Subway store ever. But waitthere's more! I guess I should have waited the hour till after I had eaten my sandwich to give my full review. So I'm editing myreview to add explosive diarrhea to my list! It was 8 pm when we came in, we ordered our sandwiches and then they told us we couldn't sit in the dining area. There was no... signage saying this. They wouldn't tell us why we couldn't sit. It says dine in on the website and there were still two hoursuntil closing. No reason. While the food was decent, the customer service was terrible.
