Day manager gets 5 stars. A patron in front of us had a complaint about an incident that occurred during a prior visit. The ... manager listened patiently for a long time. The manager asked if she could provide a complimentary lunch to the patron and herfriend as recompense. My party ordered 1/4 pounders with cheese and were impressed with hot, fresh hamburgers. As we left, Inoticed that the manager was still listening and engaging the now satisfied patron. Nice Job. It was Saturday about 1:00 pm. Read more
This the worst McDonald?s I?ve ever been to! I have gone to this location out of convenience multiple times now and every time... is just as disappointing as the last. From previously working at a McDonald?s at one point I can honestly say the owner of thislocation has no pride in their establishment. Each time I have gone and had a bad experience I do a survey so the owner knowswhat needs to be improved on and nothing changes. The burgers are always thrown together with sauces and toppings falling out ofthe burger leaving nothing on the sandwich itself. The meat is always dried out and the fries cold. I guess it?s time for me tojust stop going to this location. I will take my business else where from now on I know some of the surrounding food businessestake pride in their locations. Read more
The service was great at 11:00pm butter line for drive through was horrendous I was on property for what felt like 30 minutes.... They definitely need to hire more people to keep up with night demands. The Food was all cooked to standards but the fries. Theywere cold and inedible. Please his McDonald's be better. The guy says "we have discontinued the strawberry pies" - I still see them on the menu and all other locations seem to have... them. Bummer. Also, too many homeless people walking around so it makes it feel awkward to sit in your car to eat becausepeople come and knock on your window and ask for money. Read more
I've been to this location numerous times over the last 6 years. Not a bad location, never had a screwed up order or stale food.... Surprised the inside dining is open, but parking lot is still a rest area for the homeless, saw discarded burned up tin foil inthe parking lot (that means druggies around). Make sure you don't leave anything valuable in the car if you eat inside. No playarea for the kids at this location. Read more
The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly, but the whole place smelled strongly of burnt oil. We were immediately... sceptical of purchasing food due to the smell, but because we were traveling to Portland for a funeral and needed to get back onthe road, we went ahead and placed an order to go. Unfortunately, the food was not good. The cheeseburgers genuinely lookedold and were not even warm. (Even our 5 year old asked why his burger was cold.) The chicken nuggets were a mushy texture (whichI have honestly never experienced before) and somehow they had baked a raisin into my chocolate chip cookie. ...I would havegone back to provide them with the opportunity to replace the food, but we were already back on the road. (The employees seemednice enough - so I'm sure they would have been kind enough to replace the food.) My family was left frustrated and hungry asthe food was quickly thrown away. We will not be returning to this location. If it smells like burnt oil when you walk in, justturn right around. It's not worth wasting your time or money. Heads Up: Customers are only able to turn one direction onto themain road when leaving - which can be a mild annoyance if you are trying to get back on the freeway. Read more
I've never seen so much laziness for somthing a simple as a burger, just get most of it inside the bun. Great for really fast... food, and low on quality. Read more
