We placed an order through GrubHub - after anot an hour, we got a notification that the delivery would be delayed another 30-50... minutes. We then got a call from the driver that said they don't have the pizza size we ordered and they don't have the flavormonkey bread they sell online. We said skip the monkey bread, but the bait and switch larger size pizzas were fine. Another 30minutes and they cancelled our order completely. No phone call. Now after 9pm and we have no food and restaurants are closed.Great job, thanks. Read more
I placed my order online and I received an email that said my pizza would be ready @ 12:15. I was on lunch so arrived @ 12:25.... When I arrived I was told they were still making them. I watched them being made and put in the oven. I asked why they weren'tready on time and she said that they put walk-ins before online orders. I have worked in the industry and that is not how it issupposed to work. I didn't receive my pizza until 12:40 which made me late for work. Also, the quality was not there and it wasunder cooked. What?s not to love, it?s Godfather?s! Old school, reminds me of growing up and having godfathers pizza. They?ve got the mini... pizzas, they?ve got the full-size pizza. And there?s an incredible truckstop right here called Loves that?s just kind of fun toshop in. Read more
