It Arby's. Thus location staff does it's best but they are always understaffed. More and ownerships problem than the employees.... Be patient they are trying. No shake machine- for over a month. The lady taking the order is obviously very bothered by customers, she wasn?t very polite.... My office use to order lunch here pretty frequently but over the last few months the restaurant quality has had a downwardslide. I hope it gets better soon or at least they get a shake machine again.
