Imagine going in here three times in a row and not having white bread at 3 in the afternoon. Pathetic!
Pure stupidity by the whole staff. I walked in to order three 6 inch sandwich?s. They were in the process of making two warps so... I waited. I waited and waited then finally the ?fine? gentleman pulled out 5 more foot long sandwich?s and proceeded to work onthose while I have been standing in front of him waiting for 10 minutes. I don?t believe they have ever heard of ?customers comefirst? because it took over 25 minutes to make three 6 inch sandwich?s due to the lack of care and responsibility of theemployees. He said we have a large order that was put in at 8am. Well it?s 10am and I?m here and they are not, so I believe youor the OTHER THREE PEOPLE in the building working at the time could have made a few sandwich?s. No common decency to provide forthere customers. Would highly recommend not even walking into the store because they didn?t even greet us or say anything theWHOLE TIME until I asked a question while standing right in front of him. Not sure how you could have 4 people working in a15?x15? shack and not think to provide for the people directly in front of you even if you have a order you put off for twohours and didn?t start. They are always out of condiments. Yesterday they were out of white bread. There is always an issue at this Festus location.
