We were there for breakfast so it was early but the place was not ready to be open. It was clean but nothing for the dine in... area was stocked no ice in the machine and my desired drink was empty. The staff behind the counter were able to help us butbegrudgingly. Read more

I would not recommend going to this location especially on Sundays. The crew the shift manager is rude (Katelyn) and should not... be part of management. She has probably had no training to deal with issues that come up with customers. While ordering 2 adultmeals and 2 kids meals we found out that the chicken tenders are frozen and take a long time to cook (this is what we weretold). So instead got the kids cheese burgers and only option for the kids drink was lemonade. We were told they were out ofhi-c and Powerade. After ordering we were told to pull forward and food would be out. When the food came out we were missing akids meal and drink so went in and ordered a kids meal (again) and they gave me a cup and guess what they had hi-c and Powerade.Then finally all food and drinks we leave and when we got home found both kids meals fry?s hard as rocks and the chickenquesadilla stuffed in a chicken tender box with a couple of fry?s under. Not a good experience. Then when calling the store andasked for the manager and got Katelyn. I explained we just got home and everything g we found. She said that?s impossibleeverything g was made fresh HA yea right. Awesome customer service they call you a lier and are very lazy. We will tell all ourfriends never to eat here. I am a manager in sales and I would never ever blame the customer.UPDATE?.. after speaking with thestore manager she apologized and gave a full refund without question. The store manager Alexis handled the issue way better thanthe shift manager. Seems like the shift manager needs more training. Thank you Alexis good job. Read more

If you plan on eating at this facility, pack a lunch. Regardless of how many cars are in line or people are inside, you will be... waiting a LONG LONG LONG time. I'm currently into 12 minutes so far, only 3 cars were originally ahead of me. This was after Iwaited 5 minutes for them to even acknowledge me thru the speaker. The workers genuinely could care less and move at the pace ofa snail. Rude as well. Save your sanity and go to a other restaurant down the street. Read more

I love Hardee's! I go there quite often. It's a bonus when they have a Red Burrito attached. The tacos are amazing! I always get... refried beans with my tacos. I do this regularly, so you can understand how upset I was to get home and discover that my beansthat I paid $1.69 for and usually come in a bowl, were hidden at the bottom of the bag in a condiment cup. REALLY?! Well, Icalled the store to let them know I wasn't pleased to have that happen. I asked to speak to a manager and the girl who answeredthe phone said that was her. I explained what happened and she said that that is their side containers. I told her that I'm inthere all the time and they come in bowl, never in a tiny cup. She then said that they were low on containers. Not sure whatthat meant, but I told her they should've given me 10 little cups to make up a bowl. She argued that it would only take 2. Irealized I wasn't getting anywhere with her, so I informed her that I'd call another day and speak to another manager and askedfor her name. She was silent for about 15 seconds and then told me she was sorry I felt that way and hung up on me. They wouldnot answer the phone when I called back. This is such a shame! Read more

We go to Hardee?s mainly because they?re nearby. From now on we?ll drive a little farther. That said, I normally buy 6 egg... biscuits to freeze and enjoy later. The biscuits are always good as they probably come in a package and they dispose of theirscrew-ups. But workmanship consistently poor. Some egg to overwhelming egg. All they have to do is put egg on a biscuit! That?snot even the I issue! Last evening went for the hand breaded chicken sandwiches. The portions do not fit the bun and they we?reboth over cooked. The bun was damaged boxing the sandwich. French fries consistently lukewarm out the window. We will boycottthis restaurant until the owners get serious about quality. They should be there every day until this restaurant is producingquality food. Read more
