We were there for breakfast so it was early but the place was not ready to be open. It was clean but nothing for the dine in... area was stocked no ice in the machine and my desired drink was empty. The staff behind the counter were able to help us butbegrudgingly. Read more
I would not recommend going to this location especially on Sundays. The crew the shift manager is rude (Katelyn) and should not... be part of management. She has probably had no training to deal with issues that come up with customers. While ordering 2 adultmeals and 2 kids meals we found out that the chicken tenders are frozen and take a long time to cook (this is what we weretold). So instead got the kids cheese burgers and only option for the kids drink was lemonade. We were told they were out ofhi-c and Powerade. After ordering we were told to pull forward and food would be out. When the food came out we were missing akids meal and drink so went in and ordered a kids meal (again) and they gave me a cup and guess what they had hi-c and Powerade.Then finally all food and drinks we leave and when we got home found both kids meals fry?s hard as rocks and the chickenquesadilla stuffed in a chicken tender box with a couple of fry?s under. Not a good experience. Then when calling the store andasked for the manager and got Katelyn. I explained we just got home and everything g we found. She said that?s impossibleeverything g was made fresh HA yea right. Awesome customer service they call you a lier and are very lazy. We will tell all ourfriends never to eat here. I am a manager in sales and I would never ever blame the customer.UPDATE?.. after speaking with thestore manager she apologized and gave a full refund without question.
