Great addition to Festus. Lines can be long but they move quickly. The employees are always friendly and helpful.
I gave this particular location a second chance after rude service when I asked for light ice in my coffee the first visit. I... was again disappointed and will not return. It?s called dunkin DONUTS yet they did not have a simple cream filled or any donutswith sprinkles. No list of the available donuts and no way to go into the store to see what is available, so I had to keepasking what types they had. I also ordered a coffee with creamer and sugar. It was cold by the time I got home to give it to myhusband (less than 5 minutes). The munchkins I got were subpar and the ?sugar coated? donuts barely had any sugar on them. Their donut variety is apparently pretty small and when I ordered lemon filled donuts (VERY CLEARLY AVAILABLE ON THEIR MENU),... the lady said we don't do lemon filled donuts here so I settled on "jelly filled" donuts per her suggestion. I got the jellyfilled donuts home, pulled them out of the bag and would you believe it, there was only a VERY SMALL smear of jelly outside thedonuts near the fill hole and there was NOT a speck of jelly inside the donuts.
