Horrible, food was cold and there was hair in it. The waitress said that was the third hair today! On the turkey sandwich you... can not remove anything from it becuase the genral manager did not want to change the meal. Our first visit to this Bob Evans location. We were immediately greeted with a warm smile and a sincere welcome. Our server was... extremely attentive as well. On such a hot day it was nice that our water glasses were never less than half full! Read more
We usually loves this place, but today it was awful. I got lemonade to drink. It was very sour, got it replaced with another... drink(no big deal) Our food came.. All of it was cold, even the rolls were hard, and a funny taste to them. I even got a dinnerto go so I wouldn?t have to cook later. Checked when I got home. They forgot a few rolls. There was supposed to be 6. There were4? I live an hour away so it was too late to do anything about it. All together it was almost $50. Probably won?t be back forawhile. Read more

Service was slow, food wasn't cold but not hot considering the wait, & the food was bland.....rather took my money and went home... and made it myself better. Waitress was slow. I had asked her for a straw and she was hesitant and asked if I had broken mine.My straw was cracked and what does it matter do your job and give me another straw and behave lady. Read more
