I ordered a dairy free pizza for my daughter who has a really bad allergy to any milk and it had some non dairy free cheese on... it so the supervisor re made it and got all new utensils, sauce and pepperoni to make sure it?s 100% dairy free, as well astrain the other employees why they had to be extra safe when making them. Ok, when did they start making crustless keto options? I've been keto for 3 yrs and seriously had not a clue. I ordered a... spinach, bacon, chicken and artichoke beautiful dish, that is baking in the oven now. Im seriously super excited. I so didn'twant to dirty my kitchen after finally getting Christmas cleaned up. I was just considering buying a couple of the $5 salads mydaughter told me about. Normally I have good service, But the last two times they messed up my order. The first time forgetting a topping that comes on... the pizza. We drove back and picked up the topping and added it ourselves. Then tonight they obviously didn't look at the ticketthat told them no BBQ, regular sauce. Then I call to let them know of the mistake and the girl on the phone tells me i need toprove it to get my pizza remade. Are you kidding me?? you messed up my pizza and I have to prove it. Awful customer service. Iwill talk to corporate and the GM of this store. I do have a copy of the original order stating no bbq regular sauce. and couldhave brandished it to get a new pizza but how ridiculous. Read more

Always excellent and consistent service here! They seem to hire great people and the place is always clean and feels fresh! Once... I walked in at 930am, not noticing that they open at 10, yet the manager STILL took my order, personally made my order, andthanked me for my business! I have been going to the Papa Murphy's in Fernley, NV for over a year and never had a bad experience until Dwight came along.... Every time he would get my order wrong, but I never held it against him; being new can be hard. I went in for pizza on 8/10/18to pick up a pizza - husband wanted pepperoni, salami and double mushroom. There's currently a sale for a two topping large justshy of $7. I asked if I could get that but add the two toppings. Should have come to about $10 or so. I got charged $15.50. WhenI asked why it was so much more, Dwight got huffy with me. He immediately took additude with me over a simple question andtalked down to me. I paid - husband really wanted pizza - but resolved to never go back. However...the pizza was made wrong. Myhusband took the pizza back in, wanting it corrected, and to also know why it cost so much. Dwight immediately took additudeagain, said "as I told the girl..." ( I'm 35) and my husband cut him off. He no longer wanted the pizza. So he got our moneyback, Dwight threw the pizza in the trash, and the store has lost regular customers. I'm disapponted; before he came around, Ialways had a very pleasant experience and even donated to the causes they promoted. Now we will never be back. All it would havetaken was a respectful tone explaining why I couldn't add toppings on to a deal and I would have been satisfied. I would havepaid and ate the wrong pizza without incident...but additude ruined everything. Read more
