I had to give it one star to leave a comment. Food and service truly makes me shake my head. Went last night thru the drive... thru. When we got to the window. They said we'd have to wait for our food. Good with that {{{thinking the chicken strips wouldbe hot and freshly cooked}}} NOT!!!!......... kid brought us our food. We were given the wrong order. Wife went inside tocorrect the order......... kid again as I was waiting in car another order........ which was not mine....... wife finally gotcorrected order. Employee seems really friendly, quick service, food quality is good.
The workers were very inappropriate, immature kids with a bad mouth and they didn?t care to talk that way in front of customers.... They have unkept bathrooms and they have roaches. Flies were everywhere and overall experience was awful. Will never be back atthis location, needs a -5 star review! Read more
I Ordered through the drive thru and they took 15 to take out my order and they forgot to put my 2 dips, spoons and half of the... chicken tenders. We stopped here for a bite on the way through and it was asphault melting hot. Literally. We dida mobile order for the first... time and we want inside to pick it up. The Manager, was super peppy and was in the training mood as she was also teaching a newemployee, so she helped teach us how to determine the state of an order based on where the bags were placed in the pick-up area. She was super sweet and so was her trainee. Thank you guys for the explanation, the food, the finger sporks and the reprievefrom the overbearing heat of our infernal sun. y'all seemed like you would have been fun to party with. As soon as you walk through the door the smell of old deep fryer grease hits you in the face. Aganist my better judgement at... this point I decided to order their chicken sandwich. Took it home and as soon as I opened the bag I could smell that old deepfryer grease. Ate about half the sandwich and thru the rest in the garbage, tasted like old deep fryer grease, like it hasntbeen changed in a long time. Will not be going back to this place. Read more
Went through the drive thru and placed my families order. It was repeated to me exactly how I ordered it. We received our food... and an order was missing. On top of that our drinks were flat. The ice was even melted. I was question by the employee when shehanded me 4 drinks when I had asked for our missing drink. Seemed like they used the drinks from a previous order that satthere.
