Will not be frequenting this Dominos anymore. Placed a pick up order for 6pm on the website. My boyfriend went to pick it up... and when he got there at 6, they told him it would be 15 more minutes before it was ready, at 6:15 they told him they messed upa pizza and it would be 10-15 more minutes before it was ready. He was furious but waited patiently. The food is not goodenough to put up with crazy waits. Read more
It's been awhile since I've gotten Dominos. Today, I hit a home run with their Pasta Primavera dish! It was AWESOME! A good meal... for around ten bucks (including a soda) is nice to get. Value AND quality! Since I work over on Newlands about two minutes fromDominos, you can bet I'll be back and trying ALL of their Pasta dishes!! Good job, Fernley Dominos Crew!!!!! Read more
Pizza was undercooked. They made it 5 different times after that and it still was undercooked. Made several attempts to ask them... to look into there oven in case it was set too high or there might be something wrong with the oven. And all they said was theywill double cook my pizza when i order again! Which does not solve the issue of being under cooked now its just a burnt pizza onthe outside and still doug in the i side! Iv asked to speak to cooperate and i still have not recieved a responce yet! I dontwhant to do so but i will call the heath Department to resolve the undercooked pizza that still is being sent out to customers. Read more
So as a domino?s employee and assistant manager. I do understand that mistakes do happen. But I?m saying that the way my... mothers order was handled by the entire order was unacceptable. How is it acceptable to to have someone on hold for roughly 10minutes then proceed to tell them ?well I need to talk with my manager and we will call u back in 10-15 minutes ?. That is notthe WOW factor that we as domino?s pizza employees are not taught to give customers when mistakes are made. I even explained tothe manager that my mother who order couldn?t drive due to having shoulder surgery then she calls my mom and asks if she wants anew pizza delivered. I was very disappointed with the service and wait time last night. We ordered on line with hopes of finding coupons. There... were none and we could not find a discount anywhere. Domino's Pizza is two to three times more costly than Papa Murphy's Pizza. We decided to order from Domino's Pizza (one person wanted wings) and timed it for us to pick it up right before the footballgame last night. Immediately received a text stating Lance was making our pizza and it would be ready within 15 minutes. Wearrived and was told our order was not ready. I think they had not even started it. Then twenty minutes went by and still noorder. After thirty-five minutes of waiting, our order finally was given to us. Even after waiting all that time, we still didnot get all our order. It was missing the extra garlic butter and extra Caesar dressing we had ordered and paid for. Becausemy daughter waited inside the building the whole time, the manager did come up to her and ask her what she had ordered. Themanager seemed upset that our ordered had been screwed up and stated that this wait time is not acceptable. She did go check onour order, but we still had to wait an additional five to ten minutes. She did not offer any discount or compensation. Luckilywe had recorded the football game, so we did not miss any of it. I even read the reviews before ordering. My mistake was onlyreading the first few reviews. I looked again today and noticed that there were a lot of complaints, just like mine. Do notthink we will be ordering pizza from them ever again. Read more
I've ordered 5 times from this place it just opened and it was great the first 2 orders.... However the 3rd time they left... mushrooms (can't eat them) in my pasta they made it right sending a new one. however the 4th time it happened again I didn'teven want to call because I didn't want them to get annoyed even though it was their mistake so I just went without eatingalthough my husband enjoyed his pizza. Also I ordered 2 wing orders and they forgot the sauce that came with them. Yesterday Iordered carryout thinking I might have better luck once again their pizza is good according to my husband (I don't eat pizzamyself). They forgot the wing sauce but I reminded them and they provided me with it and when I got home I found my pasta wascorrect however it barely had any alfredo sauce( to the point that it was just noodles onions and bacon dryer than you canimagine) Then my husband informed me he couldn't barely tell if they put bbq sauce on our bbq pizza... Had the cinnamon bread sticks with frosting! They are the best. And the service was good too. Will b going back for pizza too!
