Wish i could give 0 stars. It was awful! Came to get a online order and the lady said they weren't doing orders for another... 30mins. She was in her car smoking and refusing to take orders. She Wasn't even in uniform. The food was old/burnt and missingstuff that I rightfully paid for. Such a terrible experience! Will be considering taking my business elsewhere for the timebeing until this problem is resolved. Read more
The bag would have tasted better. A shriveled up, overcooked patty with a single tiny slice of tomato and three shreds of... lettuce, topped of with a miniscule dollop of condiments on the very edge of the patty. Worst BK burger I've had. Read more
When I?ve eaten here I?ve always gotten what I?ve asked for the way I wanted it. The ice cream machine is old fashioned and runs... when it wants to. But when it does it usually get an Oreo vanilla shake. The menus are not up to date but they?re there to letpeople know they still offer those delicious slushy. No strawberry one like the poster but there is a strawberry shortcake whichis their mystery flavor which itch was just revealed and it?s green and of course the coke. There southwest burger has beendiscontinued but it?s still advertised cuz of lack of distribution in the main franchise getting them out. People need morepatience in this area that?s for sure cuz if you don?t know something just ask someone & don?t be so rude & cruel to theemployees cuz it?s not there fault. Btw I?ve NEVER gotten a frozen or burnt burger like some people state. I?ve cooked them,I?ve served them. Yes I work there!!! I?ve eaten lots of different things there. Lunch & breakfast.. Mark and the rest of the staff were amazing. They were closing and we didn?t fit in the drive through with our truck and they... went out of their way to still make sure we were taken care of. Made fresh food and service was beyond great. Thank you. Read more
Where to begin? What a waste of $12.68. I did the drive-thru and got the number one Whopper meal. I soon learned why I was alone... in the drive-thru lane, and I saw that the inside was vacant. Everyone else apparently read the reviews on this place. Anyway, Istarted by ordering coke, but they were out of coke. I'm not sure how a fast food joint runs out of Coke but there you go. I wastold I'd be given sugar for the tea that I ordered, but got mostly Sweet and Low which doesn't work for me. The fries wereold....and cold. The whopper was the same. They'd been sitting for awhile, I guess. No ketchup either. Guess I should have askedfor it, not that drowning the fries in ketchup would have really improved the taste. I asked for a receipt once I got my order,but was told that there was no printer paper to make receipts. How in the heck does a COMPETENT manager allow that to happen?This store is just AWFUL. The owners of this franchise should really evaluate closing this place up. The quality is one star! Iwon't return. I want a refund. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) regarding this "restaurant" if itmay be called as such! Read more
Very good breakfast and actually wasn?t to expensive. The customer service was top notch. Only thing I could see to operate... better would be communication. It was clean and would recommend eating here. Everything was fresh and tasted good ???? Read more
Traveling through Fernley after hours, we needed a quick bite to eat, and because we are vegetarians, our options were limited.... Burger King off of Penny way was the best choice for our traveling restrictions, but I was nervous to eat here after reading badreviews. We took the chance because we were hungry and limited, and we are grateful we did because we had a wonderful hot mealthat tasted very fresh! Because we had a 40-ft trailer, we obviously would not fit through drive-thru, so our 7 year old and Iwent up to the door which was locked. As she danced around to use the bathroom, the manager came around to open up the door forus. Like everyone else in this world they were short-staffed, but were still willing to accommodate us because of our 40 foottrailer. The manager was very friendly, and the gentleman that took our order was very helpful making sure he accommodated allof our needs such as extra sauce, potato bun, and they went above and beyond to even properly size an impossible Burger so ourdaughter could have herself "a special kids meal". I should have asked all three of them their names so I could give themcredit, and I regret not doing so because they were amazing! The lady cook nailed our meal to a T, the fries were freshly made,and our bellies were definitely content! The cashier and I were chatting as we waited for our food, and he said he had beenthere two weeks without a day off! That really says a lot about his character, obviously being super tired, but still putting ona smile and a chipper attitude to help my family. I mentioned to the three of them I was hesitant because of how the reviewswere horrible in some respect, but was surely glad we came in! They didn't answer the intercom when I pulled up, waited... Waited some more assumed it wasn't working and pulled around. Then... I ordered a Whopper with cheese, no mayo, heavy onion, small fry and iced tea. Got a jalapeno bacon burger, a bacon cheeseburger, and 2 fries. I was already down the highway, so didn't go back. It all went in the dumpster. Total waste of time. Read more
