Ordered buffalo chicken wrap from drive through and was the worst wrap I ever had. Looked and tasted like chicken was cooked... since morning and used the same one for my dinner. Threw away right away after one super rubbery and chewy bite. Had to go totheir neighbour McDonald. Money and time waste. If you make money by hard work then don?t waste it here and GO somewhere else. Read more

Tim Hortons in Sparwood much better . 7/11 in Fernie has Breakfast sandwiches and hash browns for a fraction of the price and... are far tastier ! After buying a sausage belt bagel that had a un toasted and stale bagel . Lots of locals complain about thislocation. It serves the worst food I have ever had at a Tims in Alberta or Saskatchewan. . I?m getting REALLY tired of how this Tim Hortons is ran. Within two days this is what I?ve experienced. 1) she swiped my gift... card before she scanned my phone even though I presented my phone before the card and argued I couldn?t use my points I wastrying to bank because they must be expired but knew she was lying. I was still polite yet she walked away and wouldn?t fix itfor me. 2) this morning I had so much butter on my bagel it looked like cream cheese 3) just now I got chili and they told methere wasn?t enough for a large, I said that?s fine and didn?t have a problem with it. I got home and the regular chili is 3/4full. I just can?t believe I?m being charged for this stuff and the employees don?t care. It?s just really frustrating. Read more

I?ve been here a few times now, you know maybe they?re just not having a good day. But no. I think this is one of the worst tim... Hortons I?ve been to. Yesterday at 7:30 am I ordered a bagel through the drive through. Driest bagel I?ve ever received.. TodayI walked in. Staff were not friendly, Ordered a hot chocolate and another bagel. Seeing as the croissants had a few fly friendson them.. ???? My total was $6.05 so I gave the cashier 6.25 and received no change. I tried to speak up but the cashierimmediately walked away after closing the till. Bagel is not cut. And cold. They also like to close their doors/drive through 10minutes before posted closing time, which makes things already difficult as everything in fernie closes early as it is. Trulydisappointed in this tims location and highly doubt I?ll ever be back. Do not recommend. Read more

My wife and I stopped in at Tim Hortons Fernie B C. The wash room ( ladies) had no toilet paper. When asked why we were told... the order for toilet paper had not arrived. We ordered two Cilantro wraps and got a bowl a Cilantro lime bowl. My wife had touse paper towels and hand disinfectant to wipe our table down. We obviously were not the only disappointed customers as wewitnessed more customer frustration. Never darkening their doors again. Read more

They messed up our order which was no big deal but the girl who works there was just rude about it. In general 80% chance they... mess up your order. Kid behind the counter was lovely though. Read more

Guess the customer is NOT always right here. Order a wrap and a bowl at the drive thru. Ask for the bowl sauce on the side at... the window. Get two wraps. Let the staff know, and I?m told ?I said two wraps? after you ordered?so the part about ordering abowl, with sauce on the side was pointless? Regardless when handed 2 wraps, we said, no, one was supposed to be a bowl, we werefrowned at and told we were wrong. Learn how to communicate better and learn how to swallow your pride and offer the customerwhat they wanted, with a smile. Oh, and maybe a few napkins would be nice when people order $16 worth of wraps, instead of none.Guess it?s Sparwood Tim?s next time? Read more

Drive-in order was a mess, lady was confused and had to repeat a few times. Still got the wrong items with missing stuff. They... also said they had no more Croissants. I went inside and they had them (?). They gave me 2 ?freshly baked? ones implying I waslucky. You can judge by the picture those are probably the ugliest and smallest pieces of hard, half-baked sad and deformeddough clumps I?ve seen in my life. Still putting 2 stars because we are all humans after all, it happens, and they are probablyunderstaffed. Read more
