Food itself was fine, service was poor. Ordered at the kiosk - asked for a poutine dish (so my kid could use it to eat as we are... travelling) and the staff replied rudely "for what". I proceeded to say for my child to use to eat from as we are travelling. Ihave never encountered a person asking why when needing an extra cup etc. The question itself was fine but the tone of voice andoverall expression of the staff was quite rude. Read more
This resteraunt is very low quality. Even for McDonald's. Machines don't work, fries were underfilled, no ice, ketchup was out,... poutine was made sideways, and then cheese was taken directly out of the freezer. Orders were wrong, with simple requests beingeither ignored or missed, not sure which would be worse. Manager has little people to people skills and will try to ignore yourrequests for reasonable service. Bathroom door does not shut. Other than that the meal was amazing. Read more
Hand dryer doesn't work in the men's bathroom and no paper towel, looks as if the toilet was leaking from wax seal and they... gobbed silicone around the bowl as a fix. If that's the maintenance around there... considering those are both cheap and easyfixes I'm concerned about the kitchen where cost of repairs would be a factor. Do better. Read more
First time in Fernie. Very lovely and friendly stuff! Cute interior & exterior, ofcourse the scenic view is a bonus.
The (I believe manager) on shift saturday 6/35/2022 needs a raise! We were hauling horses and stopped across the street and... couldn?t find water for our horses anywhere. Without hesitation, this man grabbed my large bucket and filled it all the way upfor me with a smile on his face. I feel so grateful! Read more
Ordered a Chicken McMuffin got 4 hasbrowns, some garbage. Not quite sure what?s going on here. I have had them screw up a few... orders now. Same fellow running the drive through. Read more
Accurate and friendly service. Got my order right and had lots of extra onions, lettuce, and pickles on my big mac. The big mac... looked like the ad, big and stuffed. Tasty hot chocolate too! A great mcdonald's location. Read more
It is McDonald's so I usually don't expect much but food was hot, fries were crispy, burgers were actually reasonably put... together instead of having to straighten things to eat..... overall a better McDonald's to go to Read more
