So, we went around 2 pm. Staff was cordial but on the verge of irritation seeing that it was a large order for a family of 5 who... hadn't been to White Castle in a number of years. Sorry for bothering you at work, smh. We ordered a crave case along withchicken sliders, various drinks, fries, mozzarella sticks, etc. It was an approximately 25 min wait, which by itself wouldn'thave counted against them had the food been fresh. They must've prepared the chicken sandwiches, fries and mozzarella sticksbefore doing the crave case bacuase all of that was cold and unenjoyable on the ride home just after collecting the food.Driving down Woodward in traffic just to turn around to have them replaced, mind you after having already waited approximately25 mins the first go round, would have been extremely inconvenient, especially seeing how the rest of the family were to bedelivered from school to home any moment. I say that to help you understand how much the borderline attitudes from the employeeswere not appreciated during the immediate phone call to lodge the complaint about the cold or undercooked food (couldn't tellwhich). The solution offered was to come back through traffic and replace these foods, however, the burgers would get colderduring the additional wait and there was no guarantee that they were made correctly either. Or maybe everything was madecorrectly and the food is just naturally unacceptable. So basically no solution, we just had to accept it and hope the rest ofthe food (craver pack and chicken burgers) were edible. Upon returning home, less than 10 mins away, the rest of the food wasedible, kind of. More so tolerable. Does the jalapeños burgers have meat in them or paste? Couldn't discern any solid meetpatty in them. If that's the way its supposed to taste then, OK. I'm not sure because I hadn't eaten there in years. Arrived at 2am, the late night crew prepared the best white castle I've ever had. The bagging looked very nice and all the food... was very fresh. Couldn't ve happier with a 2am food run. Read more
Waited in the drive-thru line for a sack of 10 cheeseburgers, a small fry and a pop for 30 minutes. And guess what? The... sandwiches were cold when I got them, the pop was watered down and the fries were greasy. I suggest trying another location Read more
Gosh, I wish that I could see theinformation on my receipt, to give the young lady who handed us our order the praise that she... deserves. This location is hit or miss, most times with either the order, or the service. However, on our recent visit there wasa young African-American young lady who greeted us at the window and she was truly refreshing. Service at most of these fastfood locations continues to decline, reaffirming that we need to prepare our meals or simply avoid bad service. However, it feltgood to get that service, and I order was correct. If she consistently provides this type of service, please give her a raise. Read more
First off the food is really good here. Can't deny that my issue is with me working overnight I sometimes come here for lunch... and for whatever reason they are extremely slow or the system is down this has happened on multiple occasions at different timeslast week I went up there around 2:30 the system was down didn't eat nothing the rest of the night up until I got off went backat 6:20 in the system is down. This has happened multiple occasions not to mention one night I went up there and one of theemployees look like he was getting aggressive with a female outside of the store. I would hope the employees there are notpurposely lying saying that the system is down because of course that's not a good look. 30 minute wait at 7am got my order and it was wrong had to get back on line behind 3 cars and wait again, awful awful awful... awful, also bun hard on cheeseburger. Got my second order and it was wrong so i just settled and left. Bad service entirely Read more
EXTREMELY RUDE!!!!! . Order incorrect. Servers like to argue if told order was incorrect several times as though they wanted to... fight.food was stale, onions burnt, bread hard. We ordered plain cheese burger sliders. And one plain slider just meat andbread. They still couldn't get order correct. we'll never visit this location ever again. If we could give less than one star wewould. She put order incorrect on receipt. I also ordered a frozen cherry soda. They gave me a strawberry soda instead. So, what's the trick to getting mustard/ketchup on my burgers here? I mean, specifically asking for them doesn't work in any... capacity, so there must be a secret code right? My kid mentioned how fast we got our food, but I guess when you don't have toput mustard and ketchup on the 10 sliders that I ordered that a bit of time would be saved per burger.
