Went here the other night with some friends. Had our order messed up for three people in our party and the employee had the... audacity to argue with me about it. After 15 minutes of radio silence and just waiting at the window was handed a bag with tacosthat were still missing. Also found a hair in our food. Me and wife ordered @least $35 worth of food. Our order was wrong food was missing and the sierra mist was lack luster. I... ordered a deluxe nacho fries box it came in a bag with the two dozen of cinnamon delights and wife ordered the 2 chalupa combo.She had to ask for her drink and extra taco. I give them 2 stars because I really wanted my doritos locos taco it was not in mybag. I wasn't driving back for one taco, but I still felt like they owed me at least an apology so I called then they hung up onme. Never again should've went to Wendy's smh. Read more
I would give zero stars if possible. I went through the drive through with my girlfriend and she asked for her order plain. She... specifically asked if there was tomatoes or lettuce on the thing she ordered. The rude woman on the speaker told her it didn'tcome with any of that. When we got it there was every single thing she asked about on it. The drive through line was going outinto the street by the time we were able to get back to have it fixed. So I went up to the lobby and walked straight through anunlocked door and up to the counter. The manager (same rude woman from the speaker) yelled at me for coming in and to me I'dhave to wait in the line again just to get the mistake fixed. I am a manager myself for a retail establishment and if any of myemployees treated a customer that way they'd be fired on the spot. I am disgusted. Read more

Today was my second visit. My first visit they were nice my food was right. But today I'm never coming back just because the 2... girls in the window was mad because I told them my lid to my cup was a little dirty. Like why are y'all mad more than me?
