This location just tastes better. They go a little lighter on the sauce and I think this is why the pizza is actually cooked.
Customer service was good, but our order was wrong. Ordered a 3 topping pizza and received a half pepperoni half cheese.

Took 30 mins to make a thin crust that I put in at 5:30pm. I got to the location at the time stated 5:44p to 5:47p and they all... we talking. They didn?t even put the pizza in yet. My reviews are typically reflecting a complaint or something that need to improve within the establishment but Not on this... review. This is a "I see you" praise review! That's is why I'm acknowledging and giving 5 stars because this location is alwayson point! My pizza, crazy bread, Italian cheese bread is always fresh and hot. From the young employees to the older employeesthey are always working hard which in return our pizza come out fast! Thank you for having passion for what you do! I know itmay not be your dream job but it's a job that you all are doing well. It shows and I appreciate it very much and I'm sure othersdo too. I pass up two to three Little Caesar's just to come to this location because it's a lot of people out here in theserestaurants who don't care. Today March 20, 2022 I visited the Ferndale Hilton location and my pizza wasn't to my liking partly because it wasn't stuffed... crust ( not available at this time) but also it was a little darker than we prefer. I called to see if they wouldn't mindremaking it. They had no problem with ensuring customer satisfaction and instructed me to come and pick up a remake. When Iarrived, they not only made things right, but treated me with the utmost respect and kindness and made sure I know that I am avalued customer! You guys made our day!!!
