Pleasantly surprised by how ready the pizzas were! I ordered three large pizza's for a program at college and was pleased by the... customer service over the phone as well as the in person service. Really disappointed in the managers lack of customer service skills. She was beyond unprofessional and unhelpful when inquiring... why our delivery was late. It doesn't hurt to be kind to human beings. Read more
Ordered delivery twice (tried to give them a second chance). First time the pizza never showed up! No phone call or anything.... Second time we got the completely wrong pizza and it wasn't even cut into slices. Read more
Online ordering was very easy! Prices were good enough for the entire family to get their own small pizza. Order was ready... timely, hot and fresh. I ordered for curbside pick up, after sitting there over five minutes I went in to get the order, noexplanation, no apology, cashier didn't even acknowledge that I said I was there for curbside pick up, but I'm in thestore???? she pulled the receipt (which also said curbside) took my money and bid me a good day after handing the order to me. If there's a designated spot that should be communicated on the website and she could have said so upon me mentioning such.There was at least five workers in the store therefore I'm not going to create the excuse that there was not enough staff forcurbside. Generally fairly good, but we order buffalo chicken pizza and get bbq chicken pizza all the time, and I really don?t like bbq... sauce so - kind of a bummer you don?t usually get what you order. Read more
I ordered a deep dish pizza and a deep dish cheese bread. What I received with my pizza was a half eaten, weirdly cut flatbread... with bacon and cheese, complete with a cup of opened pizza sauce. ???? I spoke with a manager who asked if I?d like the orderrepeated with a refund, to which I replied yes. What I received afterward was my cheese bread, along with a strange off-menuunique pizza creation supposedly made by my delivery driver(???), and no refund. I get that it was a mistake, but the follow upwas what really solidified this as a very strange experience. Hats off to the manager for keeping her cool with me as I had ameltdown about receiving half eaten food during a pandemic. Read more

Awful management that doesn't care to handle issues. Orders taking a half hour before they are ready. Couldn't receive help for... this. Worst experience. Go to another hungry Howie's, or try out little Caesars where the pizza tastes better Read more
