Pleasantly surprised by how ready the pizzas were! I ordered three large pizza's for a program at college and was pleased by the... customer service over the phone as well as the in person service. Ordered delivery twice (tried to give them a second chance). First time the pizza never showed up! No phone call or anything.... Second time we got the completely wrong pizza and it wasn't even cut into slices. Read more
Online ordering was very easy! Prices were good enough for the entire family to get their own small pizza. Order was ready... timely, hot and fresh. I ordered for curbside pick up, after sitting there over five minutes I went in to get the order, noexplanation, no apology, cashier didn't even acknowledge that I said I was there for curbside pick up, but I'm in thestore???? she pulled the receipt (which also said curbside) took my money and bid me a good day after handing the order to me. If there's a designated spot that should be communicated on the website and she could have said so upon me mentioning such.There was at least five workers in the store therefore I'm not going to create the excuse that there was not enough staff forcurbside.
