I stop here every other week maybe. It's right down the road from my work so no biggie. I know its fast food and you're always... gambling with a drive through order, but the last 4 or 5 times I went, they've messed up my order. Normally I won't even sayanything, just an "Alright, better luck next time I guess" but after this many times and today's order. Nah people gotta know.The service is lack luster and the food prep is just awful. They apparently just got a new store manager but doesn't seem tohave improved much. Today I ordered a bacon king meal for myself and a kids meal with a burger for my daughter. Her cheeseburger consisted of literally just that. No condiments or anything else.(We didn't request plain) As for my meal, two meatpatties and a single slice of cheese with 2 bacon slices and no BK sauce and just mayo.... When ordered everything was orderedas is from the menu, by number and name. It truly feels someone wasn't trained on the grill very well. Read more
People seem like their on pills. Sit in drive through for 30 min with 3 cars in front. Was in town 3 months ago same problem.... They said they were short on staff. It the guy at the window taking money just stood there. Read more
Horrible drive thru experience. We waited 25+ minutes at 1:30 on 5/14/22. The vehicle at the order box had the passenger get out... walk ahead and knock on the drive through windows. The 2 vehicles between us left the line. I eventually called the store numberand it rang for 3-5 minutes with no answer. I eventually left the line and drove through the drive thru lane and saw peoplebehind the counter serving other patrons, but nobody was working the drive thru. Read more
This place gets busy for a reason. Catlin, does a good job of handling problems that come up. Especially now with supplies, etc.... Management should take care of this lady. Food is on time but sometimes there's waits. It happens at fast food places on theisland... Read more
We ordered at the drive thru right around noon and rather than telling us that the oil for the fries wasn?t hot yet, they left... us waiting. Finally I went in to see what was going on and our burgers had been made and had been sitting getting cold. We werein a hurry, so I asked for new burgers and left without fries (and we didn?t get what we ordered anyway). They didn?t apologizeor offer our money back. They also had no change and the iced tea was so strong it was undrinkable. The employees were havingfun throwing French fries at each other. Regional management needs to check this store. Read more

It's weird being ignored in a retail setting. The lack of eye contact once an interaction commences is even more disconcerting.... My walk-up order was not correctly understood, and the incompetence in deleting the order was astounding. Read more
