Stopped in the health food store with my wife. We decided to try the Cafe out for lunch. I liked that while they served a... variety of vegan items, they also had food for carnivores. Jeff recommended one of the specials: pork, salsa verda tacos. There were two, with chips. These were hands down the best tacos I've eaten. And while I thought I'd still be hungry, it wasnot the case. My wife had a Quesadea, which was also quite good. This will become a regular lunch (or breakfast) spot for us. Read more
Inside a health food store. Plenty of indoor seating and a few outdoor tables, too. We had the protein rice bowl (okay), tofu... club sandwich (fantastic!), and tabouleh (also fantastic). Also tried the vegan desserts available in the fridge at the edge ofthe restaurant section. Out of this world! Read more

This place is delicious. I had the tofu club sandwich, which came with some BBQ chips on the side with some a few spicy picked... veggies. The bread for the sandwich was a multi grain. It was filling too. My wife had the Big Buster (?) and she liked it too.Would definitely go back! Read more
A healthy and tasty cafe located in the Nassau health food store. They have vegan options that are perfectly prepared and... brought to your table. Great place to grocery shop, get healthy cosmetics and vitamins also with great breakfast and lunch! This place is getting... better and better so I decided to add to my previous review! Their grass fed burger's are amazing and every Friday they havefish tacos that are my absolute favorite I drive from Jacksonville just to get these. Everything taste fresh and their entiremenu has a wide variety of options. The lemon caper salmon is also one of my go tos. And if you want breakfast, try theirbreakfast burritos!
