Literally the worst dunkin I?ve been too. I work food service I get it, customers can be annoying but this girl yelled at me to... speak up the moment I got at the drive thru and when she finally heard my boyfriend who repeated my order it she said ?wow thankyou sir? with attitude. I wish I could put ZERO stars - or even negative 5. This is hands down the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever visited. To say the... staff is RUDE would be the understatement of the year. They are so beyond rude, it makes me wonder if they have ever learned anypeople skills at all. There is one in particular who is insufferable, and if I ever learn her name, I will edit and update. Thestaff act as though the customer is annoyance. As if that wasn?t enough, they are always out of everything and their system isalways down. This place is a disaster, can't make coffee that tastes the same consistently, the menu boards are out, the employees have no... personality and have an attitude and on top of it they're out of product all the time. In comparison to the other Dunkin in thearea, they score a ZERO! If I was the owner of Dunkin, I would close this location. I really want to say thank you to the management and staff at this store for an exceptional customer experience today. After... going to three other stores and my order kept getting wrong, the staff at this store went above and beyond their regular dutyand made my order perfectly! The staff at this store are really friendly, everything was fully stocked and super clean. Thestaff at this store did what the other places couldn't. After driving 40 miles, I got my drinks at this location and the staffwere so kind to me. I hope everyone who comes here has a pleasant experience as well. Really, this made my day!! Read more
Took this Dunkin over 5 minutes to answer the speaker, to then just get greeted with disrespect. Seems like they may have been... understaffed and over worked. I went to McDonald?s instead and they were so nice. Even provided me my total so I was prepared atthe window. Read more
