Let me say I love Chick-fil-A! However this location just continues to let me down. The food quality isn?t the same. Food seems... to never taste like the location I normally go too. Why does a worker think it?s okay to fry bunch of crumbs and serve them?This is where I?ve been handed breakfast sandwich with a hole in the wrapper. Not only that but I?ve ordered chicken biscuitwith bacon and egg and have been handed a biscuit with egg and bacon. Chic fil a never disappoints and neither did this location. The service is fast and reliable. The food is correct and they don't... forget napkins or straws. Its crazy how long their lines can get but it never takes long to go through the drive through. Theparking lot seemed cleaned and I had no problems. Read more
Addendum: horrid management; terrible customer service. Set on line while one person stood around looking vacuous and then hung... out with another employee for a chat. Then watched as a second employee in the drive-through walked past us to get another car?And then yet another drive-through host walked past our vehicle so that she could hang out with the first host. Got to windowand the person at the window had the nerve to tell us to go back to the line again. We explained that we have been waiting andwe?re skipped and wanted to place our order at the window and then she told us, a second time, we have to get back in the nowvery long line and wait to place an order again? Our inconvenience due to their lack of customer service? Then a guy and a peachcolored pull over stood there discussing with other employees why we were passed up? Then another cold staring and rude personcame to the window to hand me a bag, no thank you or anything? And I said the reason the past it?s because people out theresocializing. Can't believe the slide is real! So disappointed with my only fast food choice of the last 10 years. The sandwich has gotten... smaller and less tasty. The bun has been crumbly for about a year now. And now... The waffle fries are in bits and pieces.Finally, the staff no longer respond to thanks any differently than anyone else in the world. So, I'm pretty much done. Read more
