Went through drive thru, ordered 3 items and didn't get the Cinnabon bites. Called back when I realized it. They offered to... give me a bigger order of them or a certificate for later but doesn't do much good when you're not from town. Disappointing!!! Read more
I placed a mobile to go order. It took a bit for the employees to notice me when I walked in to get my order, which the app said... was ready, as they were all conversing. They were making and bagging food at least, but didn't notice me come in. Then eventhough it had said my food was done I still waited 5 minutes inside, which normally wouldnt be too bad but I had already waited10 minutes outside. Then I had to ask for my drink as they forgot to give it to me. And I had asked for avocado ranch , butinstead they had used guacamole , and such a large amount of it that most of it wasn't even staying on my food! I ended uphaving to throw all 3 tacos. I would have rather had no sauce instead of it being made sloppy with the wrong kind. Read more
I traveled from Sioux Falls headed further north. I downloaded the App yet still didn't get what I wanted when I got there. They... said they don't sell the boxes yet the app said it does. They need to update their menu online so I won't be disappointed withthem. Read more

Recieved tacos crushed and opened. They didn't even wrap them so it was spilled in the bottom of bag. My wife and niece and wife... said their steak quesadilles had almost no steak. Service counter was more concentrated on till change over than taking our order. Stood there for 10 minutes as only customers in... line and waited another 10 minutes for only a $14 meal. Read more
