Always take forever, staff are sloppy and always forget items or give me the wrong food. Everytime I have been here it always... takes 40 minutes to an hour to get for for 2 people, JUST 2 PEOPLE!! Don't waste your time or money. Read more

Waited forever for fries and six wings. Three people after us were served before us. Cheese fries look nothing like advertised.... They are served with a side of cheese sauce. Gross. Go down the street and save yourself. Read more

Very disappointed in the lack of customer service that my husband and I received in this store today. We come to this location... every other week for dinner, feeding a family of 4. Today we decided to do lunch because we wanted to try the chickensandwiches. However, because of the woman who was attempting to take our order, we walked out and decided to go else where. Herattitude came off as annoyed and very unpleasant. When asking her a question about a flavor, instead of getting an answer; wereceived dead silence and a stare from her. So my husband reiterated his question and she went on to say they no longer had thatflavor. Because of her tone, energy and overall attitude towards my husband when asking a simple question, he chose to walk out.We understand working in fast food isn?t an easy job, and it is very easy to be frustrated during your work hours. Had he ofbeen rude or disrespectful, this type of treatment would have made sense. But he received poor service from the second he walkedin. Awful service. Told the manager the wings were not well done. She said she had them in for the proper cooking time for ?we?ll... done? the wings came out soggy and gross. The meat wasn?t cooked all the way. Seen a few pink spots told the manager August 3rdthat I didn?t like the order. She basically said ?deal with it? I cooked it proper time nothing I can do.. so wing stop go Foff. You lost my business hire new staff who cares what the customers say or else you?ll get anyone who eats here sick. Sad Read more

No stars aren?t an option, but with this place it should be. I ordered online yesterday with my fiancé and the money came out... of his account but the order wasn?t placed?? so we went in to talk to the manager who said he couldn?t do anything and told usto just order in and pay again. we waited for 5 minutes while the employee was in the phone until we decided to try and orderfrom my phone in the car because it was taking forever. after we went inside again because it came out of my account this timebut still no order placed ?? the manager came over and said the same thing and was extremely rude to us saying ?you should?vejust waited.? we ordered inside finally and while being the only two people in the whole building, it took us almost 20 extraminutes to get our food. All over a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and we will not be returning to this location. Read more
