Went to KFC at 3:10. They told us they were in the middle of shift change, so they were closed for 10 minutes. So we drove... around for 15 minutes and came back. The car in front of us told us they were closed for 10 minutes to change shifts. I calledthe store. They said they were closed for 10 minutes to switch drawers, I told them they had told us that 15 minutes ago....shesaid she didn't know, but I could go somewhere else. So I am. Read more
Absolutely horrible experience. Chicken strips were TINY and disgusting. Sides were not even full. Manager proceeded to explain... to me that food costs are high right now and that she wants all the food back due to them just getting ?raises.? I won?t bereturning to KFC. Read more
All fast food seems to be circling the drain lately. Lobbys closed regardless of the time of day. We "pre-ordered" a standard 12... piece meal for our family of 4. Lobby was closed and drive thru was wrapping around the building moving at a snails pace. 12minutes after sitting in the drive thru waiting for others to order their food (called while in line. Was told they could notopen lobby and we were to wait in the drive thru), the bag was handed to us that was clearly ready the entire time. Employeeswere staring at their phones and no wonder it was taking so long. The food did not resemble any KFC I had ever eaten. Batter wasinconsistent and over cooked. Biscuits were extremely old. What is the point? I can get better service and food from a gasstation fried chicken. No thanks. If this is the future of KFC, save yourself the embarrassment and just close stores now. Read more
No pics here because you should know what fried chicken looks like this far into the Midwest. The service is what I am... reviewing. Alex met us at the register and was very calm and polite. He was very attentive to our order and when he felt it wastaking too long gave us a free drink. The wait wasn?t long but the drink was really appreciated. Every time I've bought their chicken pot pie it has hardly any chicken in it. Like really tiny pieces of chicken. Very... disappointing to say the least considering the other Kentucky fried restaurant up where I live puts loads of chicken in theirpot pies. This restaurant here in Fenton sucks. Don't buy their pot pies. Read more
Dinning room is usually well maintained. Counter staff friendly. Kitchen at times seems more focused on the drive thru, than... counter service. But we do visit 2-3 a month so, service (and price) is consistant enough to keep us comming back. Read more
The chicken legs and wings looked old and appeared to had been sitting under a heat lamp for a long time. My famous bowl was... cold, the popcorn chicken in it was rubbery and again cold. The pot pie also looked like it had been under a heat lamp forages. The biscuit looked old and dried out and cold. By far the worst KFC I've ever been too. First time to this one and will bethe last time, with my experience and others as well, I can see why this location is never busy. Why would employees serve thepublic old, dried out food?
